We currently ship within India only.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding Indian public holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods & Courier Partners

Orders are shipped using reliable domestic courier partners, including but not limited to:

  • Blue Dart

  • DTDC

  • Ecom Express

  • Other reputed logistics partners

The courier partner is selected by Akaso based on serviceability and delivery efficiency for the shipping address provided.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines depend on the destination and courier partner. Estimated delivery times are provided by third-party courier services and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, operational delays, remote location delivery, or government restrictions.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

Free shipping offers, if any, are subject to specific product or promotional conditions and will be mentioned on the website.

6. Freight Forwarders

Akaso does not ship to freight forwarders under any circumstances.

7. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.

Akaso is not responsible for delivery failures or delays caused due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

8. Shipping Delays & Risk of Loss

Once an order is handed over to the courier partner, the title and risk of loss pass to the customer.

Akaso is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or events beyond our control.

9. Shipping on Holidays

Orders are not processed or dispatched on Indian public holidays. Delivery schedules are subject to courier partner holiday operations.
