Warranty Information Tips
Register your products to extend warranty to 24 months.
1. Free Warranty Extension: In addition to our regular 12-month warranty, purchases on the Akaso Website are covered by a 24-month warranty.
2. Submit your order ID to get warranty recorded. You can view warranty status of all your products in your account.
3. If you bought your product from the Akaso Website, you already enjoy a 24-month warranty; no extra extension is needed.
4. After registering with your order ID, you can make a warranty claim via "My Product" → "Warranty Claim". You'll get a response within one business day.
5. For an order with multiple products, you typically need to register once for the order; follow on-screen instructions when registering.
Note: Warranty extension is not valid for used goods.
What does the warranty cover?
During the warranty period, if the original manufacture defect in material or workmanship is confirmed, Akaso will replace the product at no charge with the same or comparable product. Replaced parts become Akaso property. After warranty expiry, service will be chargeable. Coverage terminates if you sell or transfer the product.
What does the warranty not cover?
· Products without sufficient proof of purchase
· Lost or stolen products
· Items outside the warranty period
· Damage caused by misuse, third-party components, outside sources, falls, extreme temperatures, improper operation
· Purchases from unauthorized resellers
* Akaso's limited warranty is restricted to the country of purchase and may be void if shipped or used outside the original country.
