To format the SD card in the Brave 7 LE action camera, you can follow these simple steps:

1. Turn on the camera by pressing and holding the Power/Mode button on the side of the camera.
2. Tap the "Settings" icon (gear symbol) to enter the camera settings.
3. Scroll down and tap on "Format Card" and tap "Yes".

The camera will begin formatting the SD card, which may take a few moments depending on the size of the card and the amount of data stored on it.

Once the formatting is complete, a confirmation message will appear on the screen. Tap on the screen to return to the Settings menu.

Note: To keep your microSD card in good condition, reformat it on a regular basis. Formatting the SD card will erase all data stored on it, so be sure to back up any important files or media to another device before proceeding with the formatting process. Additionally, make sure that the SD card is properly inserted into the camera and has enough free space available to store new content after the formatting is complete.

Please download and install the AKASO GO app on the App Store or Google Play first. The AKASO GO app lets you control your camera remotely using a smartphone. Features include camera control, live preview, playback, download, and settings.

1. Turn on the camera, and press the Power button to turn on the Wifi. The Wifi name and password are shown on the camera screen.
2. Connect the Wifi "Brave 7 LE" and enter the password on your smartphone WLAN setting.
3. Open the AKASO GO App, and tap the "+" icon in the upper right corner. Add "Brave 7 LE" and click the "Live Preview".
4. Your camera will be connected to the AKASO GO App. Images recorded by the camera will be real-time displayed on a mobile phone. You can operate it via related icons related to the software or set function parameters of the camera.

Note: Press the Power button if you want to turn off WiFi.

You can find the firmware version of your Brave 7 LE action camera by following these steps:

1. Turn on the camera by pressing and holding the Power/Mode button on the side of the camera.
2. Tap the "Settings" icon (gear symbol) to enter the settings menu.
3. Scroll the screen to find the System, and you can check the model and firmware version of your camera in the System Info.

For this camera, some functions cannot be used at the same time. Please refer to the information below.

1. Image stabilisation not available for 1080P120fps, 720P240fps, 720P120fps, nor working with distortion correction;
2. Slow Motion and Auto Low Light are not available for 4K30fps, 2.7K30fps, 1080P30fps;
3. Diving mode and White balance not available for "Effect".

To quickly turn off the screen on the Brave 7 LE action camera, you can follow these steps:

1. Swipe your finger from the top to the button on the screen, you can quickly turn off your screen or power off your camera on the shortcut menu.
2. If you tap on the turn off the screen, the screen will turn off immediately, but the camera will remain on and continue to record or capture photos as normal.
3. To turn on your screen again, press the Shutter button or tap the screen then swipe your finger from left to right on the screen.

Note: Turning off the screen can help conserve battery power and reduce distractions during recording or shooting, especially in low-light conditions. However, keep in mind that turning off the screen does not turn off the camera itself, so be sure to properly stop recording or turn off the camera when you're done using it.

The Brave 7 LE action camera features both a front screen and a touch screen that can be used to preview and control the camera's settings and content. To switch between these two screens, you can follow these steps:

1. Turn on the camera by pressing and holding the Power/Mode button on the side of the camera.
2. Press and hold the Mode button to switch between the front screen and the touchscreen camera view.

Note:

1. You cannot switch between the screens while the video is recording.
2. While the front screen can be useful for taking selfies or vlogging, it does not offer access to all of the camera's features and controls. For more advanced settings and functions, you may need to use the touchscreen interface.
